RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

As our products are handcrafted, all purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Replacement is available only if:

The product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
A valid, continuous, unedited unboxing video is provided.
The replacement request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

No monetary refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.
